Text of Complaint by Senthil Murugan:

Airtel customer care person Chelvaraju approached me Directly for Boradband, where I also accepted. So I paod 3 months amount on online by visiting the Airtel website.

And I received the confirmation also from Airtel. One lady from customer care who redirected this Chelvaraju for this interaction. They agreed to come and do the installation by morning.

Now they both the lady and that chelvaraju has blocked my number. When I approach Airtel customer care, the reference number what Airtel provided, it says invalid. So I want the immediate support on this
