Airtel has disconnected my landline after paying all my bills without my concern , they from past six month had not given good connectivity and also not upping my plan change billed me up in old plans

Hello, from November 2020 there was bad connectivity or you can no connectivity still they did not resolve the matter I further went and change the plan but they did not update they gave few promises n few little waivers but not correct and now they have disconnected my line without my permission
