Airtel has auto renewed Amazon prime subscription in my number without my consent, the movement o got the text message, I immediately called 198 customer care and unsubscribed it on the same day. But still they have charged Rs.999 in my account. Even though I have not used Amazon prime account. Thereby I want them to waive off this additional charges which they have put to my account. Even though I spoken to them many times, they are not ready to listen to me and asking me to pay the Amazon prime auto renewal account charges despite unsubscribing it.
I have not subscribed for Amazon prime auto renewal options, but Airtel people have auto-renewed and charged me Rs.999 including GST as per below break up. I want this auto renewal amount to be waived off because I have unsubscribed it immediately after seeing their text message and not used.

2. Pre-Rata Rental (Without GST) Rs: 241.61 (from bill cycle start date i.e 24-07-2020 to till date i.e 02-08-2020)

5. GST Rs: 195.87
