On dec 3 midnight when the plan are effectively change, i have called airtel customer care & clarified that, i have already in plan of 399 till january end so if i recharge for 1699 plan it will continue after my 399 plan & customer care executive replied YES, you can do it. but when i recharged that 1699 plan started from same time.

So i have called again & they connected to higher supervisor he promised to make refund on 9th dec ref. no.51203296073 when i called yesterday he said u have recharged through airtel money so we cant refund it. One of the worst customer care support giving false statement & i need my money bank.
