I’m a user of airtel since 2010 but form past 3year airtel costumer service sucks and just telling lies that your problem will be fixed .. i have raised complaint about my internet connection and network problem severely time but it haven’t been resolved form last 2-3year my net does not work even a bit in my house even though i live in heart of city
Everytime i raise a complaint they just says in progress
I’m a consumer and they are provider so providing genuine costume service is there work thats for what I’m paying them
