Text of Complaint by Minaxi:

Airtel has fraudulently debited Rs.198 from my account.(Rs.99 twice in 2 months).
Airtel is not allowing to deactivate auto debit facility by dialing *121*777# then 1.
The error message occurs is “Failure”.
It displays that outgoing facility is stopped and if not recharged within next 7 days the incoming facility will also stop.
But it fraudulently debits Rs.99 from main balance within few hours without permission.
Raised complaint through customer care number 198 last month as well as this month but customer care bluntly replies “do whatever you want..but forget about refund”.
Want to claim huge compensation with refund for mentally harassing the user and wasting precious time and money.
Want to claim compensation Rs.10k against Airtel for mentally harassing the user and wasting precious time and money.
