Airtel is providing unlimited packs but it is not disclosed that toll free numbers are chargeable. Even if they are chargeable, we are not able to make calls with basic recharge of Rs. 10, 20 or 30 etc. I was told by an Airtel agent that we need to recharge with Rs.149 in order to make calls to toll free numbers. Because of these fraudulent policies, we are facing difficulty in calling toll free numbers and not able to solve our issues.
