Text of Complaint by Sunita:

Airtel has deducted ₹ 23 from my unlimited talktime balance without my permission for “extending validity for 28 day”. This means they will again arbitrarily deduct another ₹ 23 on the 29th day for further extension. This is against the condition of unlimited talktime validity promised when I had purchased the plan. They can surely did this for new recharges, but not on purchases already made before the announcement.

Customer care is near impossible to contact. They trap you in word jargon and then cut the call stating -ypu have attempted maximum number of input.
