Hello  Airtel,

I am not sure how far it is true that the company CEO would be reading this email !
I am writing this email because you all just need to be knowing how much your end customers are impacted.  Especially all leaders at Airtel should be knowing the service quality really sucks to the core.
If you are reading this email ,  please note that your engineers need to be more technically trained (That way they just dont close the request without fixing the problem).
your contact Center staff,  you need more training to answer all our questions, instead of repeatedly saying the default statement they’ve been taught.  I kind of feel no difference between the IVR and the contact Center staff.
I was kind of holding this connection even with all these problem because of the land line number associated with this.  I’ve reached the threshold,  not anymore i would be able to withstand these frequent issue as it is affecting my productivity really bad.

I am pretty sure none of you would be able to fix my issue.  I see a lot of my complaints being closed with any reason.  I doubt the purpose of happy code.  When a complaint is been opened ,  I don’t see someone coming to place to check the issue ,  Nor I have shared the happy code to anyone.  I wonder how my requests are closed without a closure statement?
There would be 100’s of complaints put in so far starting JAN 2020 and see there isnt any fix for all of it.
Please note i am writing this email to notify that i have cleared all my payments. There is no due pending,  Please take away / cancel the request.  Also i have a question ,  is there any deposit i will be getting back once this connection is been cancelled ?
The contact center of Airtel is another funny part, They have no information on their system. They just follow some standard replies ( Listen to my call , you might have good time ).
I just dont want anymore bills coming to me from Airtel,  Never expected a reputed company like Airtel would be so shitty.  But, just suggest me i can be moving this land line number to a different service provider , as this one is use and has been shared to all relatives ,  colleagues and friends.
