This is Jitendra, a troubled airtel fixed-line and postpaid user. I have registered a request to shift my fixed line on 23-07-2021 as i have shift my business to another location that is just 400 mtr ahead from my last location, but this request was closed on 27 july around without my concern. Then i raised same request again on 29-07-2021 and followed up almost daily to shift my connection, i litterly begged them for it but it took too long to resolve my solution. finally on 9-08-2021 i get resolved my request for shifting the fixed line. But from 12-08-2021 my fixed line was permanently shut down and there is no trash and history of my fixed-line no. in Airtel Thanks app and even i talked to customer care they couldn’t found any history.
as you can understand this was my business no. and i have faced too much issues regarding this. my on call orders were being effected for this whole month. being a old customer of airtel, results this much amount of humiliations.
now tell me what i suppose to do now…
