I had ordered an Airtel xstream broadband on 13 April, 2022. I had paid RS 3536 for the same. Later,they didn’t install the connection,and i had to ask them for refund. It’s been almost a month and they have been constantly ignoring my request , and everytime I ring them they just transfer my call to someone else, and i have to describe the whole situation again and again , and even they say the same thing all over again that they don’t have enough evidence to process my request. They have already lied to me twice that my refund has been processed, but eventually i found out that it was a big lie from Airtel. Please take proper action against them. It’s a request.
