yesterday around 11.30 I got a call from the airtel service providers stating that my area is available for Fibre connections. They asked me to wait for 1 -2 days to get a call from the executive.
Today I am getting a message that “we don’t provide fibrenet services in your area.”
I tried calling the customer care number but there is no option to check this service.
None of the numbers are providing any kind of service to know about the connection issue.
This is disgusting and very poor service activity from the company.
It is necessary for me to have a wifi connection. Due to this news I cancelled my installation from the local service provider.
This is very disappointing. If the company is not sure, the service center should not call the customers.
Please get the surety at your end and then try contacting for connections.
Hope to get this problem solved soon or atleast a call from the company’s side.
