I had paid Airtel 3500 Rs in advance on 18th of Dec 2022. I was told connection will be activated within 2 hrs. Its been 8-9 days still my connection is not activated.

These people are employees of Airtel are not responding properly and they are asking me to follow up with different people. All my business operations are at hold just because airtel people are not able to activate my connection. Who will pay for all the business loss
