Hi,

My name is Sreejith and this is regarding a Airtel V Fiber Broadband connection which i applied online through airtel site. I got a call from your executive and they visited my site and booked a connection for me and asked to pay three months subsriction fees in advance. I did so and my reference number for the payment of Rs. 3536.00 is 722166442. They gave me a reference number Airtel Xstream Fiber Digital Application form number 04841762345. I got a confirmation message from 121 for the same on 22nd July the very same day when i did the payment (for three month advance payment monthly 999 plan). I was informed that i will get the installation done within 24 hours including a landline of unlimited calls inside India for which i bought a physical landphone too. It is 29th end of business today and no one has come to installation and no one has called me regarding the updates of the process. Can you kindly say what is going on. What should i do to get my connection activated ASAP.
