Airtel fiber was not working from last one week. Every time i complain they say that they will send an engineer but no one comes or calls. Everytime there representative says that please give us time we will arrange someone on priority but on one does. I have recharged for six months advance rental of Rs.6100/- and also i am their VIP customer as per their plan but no one listens. So its my request to higher authorities to please arrange refund of Rs.6,100/- and disconnect the fiber. My airtel landline number is 01914000629.
