Hello,
This is Ch. Ravi Kumar Katragadda On 6/05/2023 may i request initiated for Airtel fiber net (40 mbps per month) on same i submitted documents after verification i paid money for 6 months (3003). Engineers visited on 07/05/2023 said some technical issues related connection. After that i contact customer care, received message i.e. within 72 hrs will contact. Till now no one approaching me for installation. For theses day i suffered and feel bad for that. Kindly take action on my complaint.
