I use Airtel Xtream Fiber. I took the plan of ₹943 (Including GST) where the company promise the speed of 100 MBPS but I’m getting the speed below 1 MBPS. I complaint more then 10 times, in last 10 days. Every time i am calling customer care i have to explain them my issue from start to end and i have to spent my 20-40 minutes daily. Always they are giving me a new date and a fake hope to solve the speed related problem. But my problem hasn’t resolved yet. I am feeling dippressed calling again and again the customer care. Please do justice with me
