Text of Complaint by Ruben Shah:

I took a new airtel fiber connection on 26 March 2021 with advance rental plan for three months and the executive assured me that this connection can be shifted to any place within the city easily without any fees. After this i went out of station and when i returned there was lock-down situation so due to the COVID-19 risk i shifted to a new residence for the safety purpose. I requested the executive to shift my airtel fiber connection to this new residence of mine but he ignored me and after so many calls he told me to register a request to the airtel’s 198 number. I did exactly as he said but airtel customer care services also ignored my request saying that the connection will be shifted soon after this also they didn’t shifted the connection saying that your shifting request cannot be processed as the servers are down. Meanwhile my three month rental plan which i took for Rs. 2829 was going waste as i was unable to use it. After many attempts i was officially able to register my request for shifting my connection on new address, the request no. was 131197646 on 15/5/2021 and this request was to be resolved by next day. But till this date on 8 June 2021 this request has not been processed and my 3 months payment  has wasted. I want the Airtel Company to compensate me for the same.
