I have been using airtel fastag since its introduction, I have used it extensively, but just about recently the message showed that my Fastag is inactive due to vehicle class mismatch, how come it was working for so long. It is used for my Car reg no KA 05 MY 1105, ford eco sport. but the stupid air tel guys dont even support or respond. it is very pathetic. Now it is complete chaos.
