30 Nov 19 : received Shipment Message ( DTDC : X61907636 )
12 Dec19 : 14 working days for delivery of the FASTAG pass. No tag delivered.

16 Dec 19 : DTDC updates the delivery details, wrong delivery address mentioned. Contacted Airtel customer care reporting this issue.
19 Dec 19: FASTAG is delivered to wrong address ( Jaipur ). Contacted Airtel, 2 working days given by Airtel for the resolution.
22 Dec19 : contacted Airtel, customer care request for another 2 working days for resolution.
24 Dec 19 : same as 22 Dec 19
28 Dec 19 : same as 24 Dec 19
30 Dec 19 : 10 working days given by Airtel for the delivery of the FASTAG.
Requested for refund, Airtel Denies the refund, saying tag needs to be delivered only then deactivation and refund of the FASTAG amount shall be processed.
I have no more faith in AIRTEL Services, I have been kept waiting for almost 45 days, with no proper information about the FASTAG.
