Hi Sir,Madam,
This is Mahesh Reddy Tumu, paid for fast tag on 14 dec 2019 and got message saying it will be delivered in 6 to 8 days on 23 dec 2019. So far i have wrote multiple mails and got the same reply every time saying will be available for tracking in 2days. I have done multiple calls to customer care and every time they keep saying it will be delivered in 5 days. Its been 45days so far and keep giving the same tracking number and same answers every time. They keep bluffing me every time. Even i asked them to cancel my order so that i can buy it from some other place but even they are not ready to cancel my order. I kindly request you to look into the issue and take serious action on airtel.
