Text of Complaint by Ganesh:

I send a request to Airtel Payments Bank asking to deactivate my Airtel Payments Bank Fast-Tag and refund me the deposit amount since I have sold my car. I called their customer service number 400 and as instructed I cut the fast tag into two and sent the photo of the same clearly showing the Bar code. However the only response I receive from their end is that they are trying to contact me on my mobile for authentication but unable to reach me. I’m receiving calls from all around the world but Airtel service are not able to reach me on my Airtel number, what a pity!. It seems Airtel Payments Bank is finding excuses to not refund the amount.
