Sir,
I am Susanta ku Pradhan, from Cuttack city of Odisha with PIN code-753009
We had a cycloan on 3rd of May. After that airtel DTH tv signal was disturbed. Hence i can’t see the tv. I registered a complaint by calling airtel customer care phone no(07077448080) on 9th of May for restoring the signal of my DTH tv. After that many times I called. Always they continued to give fake promoses that i will be resolved within 24hours. But no service till now. Then i complained again for a voluntary disconnect with the following details. They also didn’t turn up.

Also as per govt of Odisha instruction, the DTH tv service in cycloan affected distruct will be provided free of cost. However, one service enggineer called me once and asked me to pay Rs 500/- as visiting charge if i wanted to resume the service. I refused and he didnt turn up.
