Text of Complaint by Jack Porretta:

Dear Consumer Complaints,

Thank you for this service.  I”ve been stuck in the US since Covid outbreak, my mother contracted the virus at a very old age.  I’m home giving her primary care.  They have been billing me at insane rates and not offering and forgiveness, now I’m unable to close my account. I’ve been trying for many weeks, months now.
