Text of Complaint by Niveditha:

On Friday an Airtel executive by name Arun Kumar had come to collect proof of ID for broadband connection. He scanned the PAN card details of mine in his mobile for the proof. He also received the amount of broadband connection 2800/- and odd over online transaction from my husband. After this, there has been no communication from Airtel. Neither have they given broadband connection. Technician calls today and says if it is SIM card request. Are we, the customers, kind of joke for Airtel service providers.
