I want to complain about airtel employees. I wanted to get a new broadband connection at my home the new airtel xtreme fiber at my location. So there’s airtel staff named Rohit Raj he booked my new connection with 2 others in my locality. And he promised me that they will setup connection by tueday on 4/05/2021. One week has gone by and i haven’t heard from them. I complained to the senior Airtel employees named Akash he said he has cancelled my connection upon my request but he can’t give me any confirmation mail or text regarding he cancelled my connection. And they are saying i have cancelled your connection but i cant send you any type of cancellation confirmation mail or text and you’ll get your refund in 7 working days.
Please help me they all are telling lies as i have all the proves neither they have cancelled my connection nor they are giving me connection. They are doing complete fraud. Please it’s a request help me.
