I really feel sad to mention the quality of service provided by the big service provider .
After so many follow ups and calls on your customer care department , i am bound to escalate the issue on mail .
I have 2 connections of Airtel DTH (Primary & secondary ) with my registered number @9654056665 , I got repeat recharge for infinity plan around Rs.5999 on my primary connections dated 6 Sept. irrespective of the fact that the connection was discontinued before due date , and post recharge next day my secondary connection whose due date is 21 Sept. got disconnected due insufficient balance , i tried to understand the issue but none of customer service executive could help me with such a simple issue as – why my account is disconnected , every time i got to hear the same response every time which i believe is standard for every one – “due to technical issue we are unable to check your account” .
And this is not the first time i have been facing issue with Airtel DTH , last month also i account was suspended 5-6 days post recharge which no one was accountable .
Moreover , i requested for disconnection of the services for both my connections ,dated 8th Sept with complain no – 80046809 for that also i have till date not received any call .
The word PATHETIC to be used for Airtel DTH services and mobility for network .
I believe Airtel has now become just money making unit only with no service .
Just waiting to port all my connections to a better provider .
I would request you to disconnect my DTH connections and refund my full amount .
