I (Sushilkumar Pagar) booked Airtel DTH from Shree Enterprise Kalewadi Pune on Wed 19-June-2019 and the Pimple-Saudagar authorised center dispatched the items along with service engineers on Thursday. The good part is that the set-top box started functioning immediately and family was happy to watch TV shows BUT when I arrived from office and observed the installation found that the co-axial cable from antenna to STB was short. When I measured it comes around 5 meters (+/- half meter). AS per TRAI norms and Airtel commitments, they are supposed to provide 10 meters cable free of cost. When I called them on Friday the concerned person is regretting that the service person gave correct length cable. I have called him on Saturday as I have weekly off from work and can show them. Lets see if they agree and provide new correct length cable.
