My Airtel set top box was getting restarting every 20-30 seconds.I raised complaint over call . I got call from service centre man he asked me to come to service centre, I went to him he asked 750rs for new STB and pack was expired so he asked 350rs for recharge. And he recharged for 237 . He has taken up 43Rs for himself .When I check SMS I saw he recharged 237rs instead of 350 . He also did a recharge 670 from which 600 for getting new STB . The guy was fraud 1st thing he asked me to come to service centre instead of he coming to home as he is taking service charge 150rs 2nd he lied made recharge of 237 instead of 350 . Neha mobile shopee is the service centre Mr agrawal, 078418 80990 airtel should take strict action on him.
Even though i paid 150 for service charge he asked me to come and , took 43 rs for himself.
