I had recharged yesterday 09/12/2019 from the UPI payment mode which is the instant payment option given by AIRTEL DTH. Transaction Id – P1912091805091012014174
When i had called yesterday to Airtel customer care they told there is some server issue it will take 4 hrs to get the Connection back live but it almost 20 Hrs still the connection is not live.
Today when i had called the customer care the representative told me to wait for 24rs more as the payment is not reflecting in there system. Which of the above should i believe ??
I ‘ve noticed on many social forums it’s not only me who is facing this issue so many customers having the same recharge issue.
I don’t understand being one of the biggest Telecom company in the country if they can’t fix this issue for a long term basis why they wrongly commit to there customers.
