Hello,

This is vinod bhoir using Airtel DTH with customer id 3021 818 178.
Whenever I want to change my package through channel number 998, option is getting disappeared.
Somehow I selected my package and when I scanned barcode and sent package change request, I am getting message as request can not be processed and this is without any specific reason.
Then I tried to reach customer care executive for almost half and hour, everytime it was showing busy and call was getting disconnected.. this happened almost 6 to 7 times.
How irritating it is?
I am facing this issue since last 3 months and feeling very frustrated. Please solve it on urgent basis or I will have to take help from social media and finally it will end up with discontinuing Airtel service.
