I have an issue with my airtel DTH setup box. I have raised an issue twice. Both the times they have closed the tickets without resolution. Calling customer care and escalating the issue doesnt even helped.
The worst service experienced.
These are the ticket numbers which i raised 62517471, 63036566.
This is really frustrating , Please resolve this issue asap or refund my money so that i ll switch to other company DTH services.
