Text of Complaint by Prabhakar Jamkhandikar:

Customer No. 3022111943. I have recharged my a/c on 21.5.2019 by transferring Rs. 5616.00 on line which Airtel has received immediately.  In spite of repeated requests company has not recharged my a/c due to which I’m not able to view the channels. Called to Tollfree No. 7-8 times.

To call them is irritating & wastage of time. Very poor sound quality of their tollfree no.instruments. Attendants have hardly any knowledge of procedure. If I cannot view the channels by today evening, kindly ask Airtel to refund my money Rs. 5616 immediately.
