For my DTH connection no. 3031876595 (2 connections) with Airtel, a full year payment 12 M was maid for 2 connections. But the Airtel deactivated the connection in less than 6 months quoting no balance.
After many reminders to customer service & Nodal office Karnataka, still no one is ready to share the account statement on how the billing was done. No clarity on how the pending 6 DTH prepaid funds vanished.
