Problem: No signal Errors to almost 100+ Channels (Many of them are paid subscribed and charges are being deducted on daily basis)
Set top box DVR with recording and hard drive
Service Engineer says fault in box and need to replace with new DVR (Charges 750, which agreed)
On 5th Oct, he came with DVR with storage and after installation updated that it cannot be activated and problem remains unresolved.
