Text of Complaint by Padma Desai:

Airtel Digital TV – No signal continuously for almost a week.
Inspite of paying hefty charges in advance, no service at all – as all the executives on their helpline are always busy. Hence unable to lodge any complaint or service request.
Had not expected this from a company like Airtel.
Need refund and planning to approach consumer court soon.
