I had recently upgraded the Airtel DTH box to internet tv.

But the remote for this xstream box is faulty, i have to change the battery for every two days.

When I contacted airtel support they are saying the remote doesn’t come with warranty and the field visit charge will be applicable as well.

1. This is not done airtel being such a huge brand doesn’t give warranty for thier own products.
