Dear sir

This is Mahindra from Tirupati Thummalagunta.I taken a new connection from Airtel dth digital tv on 21 dec 2023 for this I paid complete money.

My subscriber id – 3056417245

For this connection one of the technician came and completed the installation on the same day activation done.
But technician didn’t inform what are all the channels will come and which pack will come like he did not mention. after 2 to 3 hours me only called multiple times to agency num after that they activated.But they recharged with Tamil HD pack But we are Telugu people we need Telugu hd pack only.

For this related i inform to agency they given superior num and i informed to Ap TSM BHARATH – 9121267813 he told that ,Once Activation is completed unable to change pack like he told.

I call customer care on the same day only I raised a request in customer care but still my pack not change this is the 30th day continuing no resolution given and

For complaint status I call to customer care one of the superior name sravani she only given commitment on 1st day.. pack will change today itself like that but today from customer care..i request to call transfer to superior but they didn’t transfer to superior they put me on hold for 10 to 15 mins and me only disconnect the call after 15 mins. Due to no response

As a new customer I never expect from airtel..from customer side there is no mistake .completely mistake happened from agency side and customer care side so plz check and resolve this issue as soon as possible thank you.

MISTAKE happened not from customer side.The complete mistake happened from agency side and customer care side.

At the time of installation Service engineer not even said any information regarding my package and channels list.

I need Telugu hd pack but they activated Tamil HD pack, how can I seen for 180 days. if it is 1 week or 1 month means I can adjust but it is for 6 months..

So first ly for new customers i didn’t expect this kind of service.There is no proper executives and superiors from agency also not supportable.for a single Airtel dth new connection i contacted 5 to 10 peoples i listed here numbers and names worst experience with these people.
