I have been facing problem with my Airtel DTH since march 2021 loosing signal every month since march 2021 and they send engineer to repair every month and charge for engineer visit and repair but there is no permanent solution till now. They even asked me to charge the setup box and i bought a new one in April 2021 and again signal is
lost every month and again i have been paying for engineer visit ad repair every
month. I have lost almost 5000 rupees in recharge, repair and daily burn rate. It is
clearly a defective product and i requested to return the product and return it but
they are not accepting it. I loose signal every time i recharge it and i loose
3 days of my recharge every month for past 6 months. This is a scam and fraud by
Airtel. I want to return the product and refund by money for the new setup box and all
repairs and daily burn rate.
