Dear Sir/ Madam

I am one of your customer having airtel DTH connection

My id No. is 3018828490 which is having hindi value sport 12 m pack ,I have renewal for 12 month with recharge of Rs 3884 / =. i was surprising it is showing validity for 11 days , This purely cheating by airtel . i want to refund back my money if airtel is not renewal me for 12 months

I feel this is cheating, airtel is doing with customers

Please look into this and renewal me my pack or else please I have to file a cheating case against airtel
