Dear Team,

This is to inform you that the Airtel DTH connection is not working properly and showing error code B001 for bad whether , but the weather is perfectly fine outside. this is a strategy of Airtel company to save the daily recharge amount and the service visit charge. so today i speak to customer care people of Airtel regarding the same as reference number 3432932471 and asked them to solve the issue immediately and i will not pay the service visit charges but they are not agree for it then i told them that i want to disconnect the services so please transfer the balance amount to my airtel money, still they are not agree for this and give a reason that below 500 we will not return back to you. in am other side they are allow us to recharge of minimum 200 if they take 200 as minimum amount why not give us the same amount.

Airtel such a fraud company and shock money from the customer by treating or showing the technical things. They have the complete control of all the things, and I am 200% sure that this kind of problem only happening by/from airtel team to shock the money from the customer.

 

My humble request you to please take care of this issue and return my balance amount (i am not able to see the TV from 31st Dec 2019).

ANd the technical problem is : Network Issue due to bad whether.
