I have customer ID: 3026552494 was disconnected on 15-May-2019 without my consent, since then I have been contacting them every day for re-activation either through customer care or through Nodal office, and also through email. Every time they are saying that wait for 24hrs, your service will be resumed, Almost 9 days is over still they are saying the same thing. I am totally frustrated with their service because of their wrong commitments and till now the issue isn’t solved. And there is still pending balance. I need your support to either re-activate it or provide full refund.
