Text of Complaint by Apurba Kumar Das:

Dear Sir/madam,

I am using Airtel  DTH consumer number- (3008101526-01), Mobile-9002314149 and my DTH consumer number- (3008101526-01) I have upgraded airtel DTH SD to HD Set top box and charged me 699Rs long time ago but airtel delivered defected HD set top box that time i was in office (not available in home) so at that time i cant check.

A day after i checked set top box dose not on so i raised complain in airtel customary care after that engineer visit and re configure it and working for the rest of the day but tomorrow same problem occurred.

again i raised complain but no engineer come for repair. so my set top box was in not working condition so i did not recharge for long time.

Recently i shifted another city so i install this connection with multi connection so my 1st set top box not working so today i called customer care they told me we will be charged 200Rs+enginner visit 150rs.

i already paid 699 for upgrade then why i will pay 350 for this.
