Text of Complaint by Raj Kumar Verma:

I recharged my Airtel dth account no. 3011894147 on 18th Feb for Rs/-100.00. Despite that my account has been suspended since.Customercare is not responding properly and asking me to go for another recharge of Rs200 though my package is of Rs296 only.
