Sir

I want to change my Airtel DTH  plan of my connection 3010778807.

Please cancelled all plan of Airtel Digital TV ID 3010778807 and activate only star plan of Rs 49/-

I installed New HD DTH Airtel ID 3027438219 on October 2018 for 1 Year and i Paid 1year package for HD at that time.Now within 2 month cut my HD channels and i was contacted in Airtel customer care and they told me that your channels cut as per new rules of TRAI . All ready i paid for that before 1 year on the October 2018. After that i called in Airtel customer care and they doing me oNly HD channel and normal channels cut. After that i calling Airtel customer care And they told me that your package is normal as per new rules of TRAI. So what about my money and my entertainment in which i suffered.

    So please kindly informed you that help me for that same.

I think Airtel is not providing good support now a days and i have called for second connection and they said they will provide in 3-5 hours and its more than 3 days they are not even responding properly and their response is too bad. May be their support engineers realized that Customers should choose other provider as they are not doing good.

  5. Complained to Airtel that we are not getting the connection properly inspite of amount has been remitted. No one turned up, but in registered mobile sending message problem has been resolved without solving the issue. Very poor service. May be service engineers realized that customers can choose other provider.
