I have recharged a sum of Rs.301 to my airtel DTH cosumer id No.3022492411 on 13/04/2020 after suspended connection on very same i recharged. I have followed the procedures after recharge in my airtel dth, till now my channels are not resume. I have made a complaint before customer care on next day, without complaiance my Complaint was closed and without proper reply. there three days are passed till now no proper action has been taken. kindly take action against the airtel dth.
