This is to bring to the notice of both the TRAI and Airtel the kind of very casual approach by Airtel to a complaint that was made by me for very poor connectivity and signals. I have faced this for the last SIX MONTHS or so. The complaint was taken but was never really resolved! The second issue relates to my Airtel Dongle. My payment due date was 21st December 2018 but since i was none too well, i could make the payment today, the 04th January 2019. I called up the customer care and spoke to the executive who next escalated the call. The supervisor could not resolve the issue and he refused to take a complaint! I have the entire conversation recorded. All that i had asked for is thus: Since i could not pay up on the 21st (due date for payment) and had made the payment on 04th January, my NEXT payment due date should therefore be 03rd February 2019. All the more reason as there was NO INTERNET SERVICE in the interim. Besides, i stated, that Airtel had already levied a LATE FEE of Rs.100/-. How could i both be charged late fee and how could i lose service as well i questioned. Unfortunately the Airtel refused to see the logic. Kindly advise appropriately. Advise action as well. I will provide my dongle number upon hearing from you. Thanks.
