Text of Complaint by Arun Kumar N H:

I purchased airtel dongle with postpaid sim last friday(13 Mar 2020).

Sim card number: 9632412123

I gave the address proof while purchasing the dongle.

Till today sim is not activated and hence dongle is not working.

If i call airtel customer care, they ask me to contact  airtel desk where i purchased the dongle as the data is not yet verified.

If i ask helpdesk , they ask me to wait for few more days.

 

I spent 1500 rs. for the dongle and airtel is not taking care till now about this issue.

 

I am fed up of this and want complete refund.
