Hi Team,
- My airtel dish tv was not working. So, i raised a complaint to check. The engineer (Neeraj Kumar – 7738791767) come next day (30 June 2019), did little bit check and the dish was working. He asked for money other than visit charges. I paid the same to him. However, within an hour the dish again not working.
I again called him to see, whats the matter is. He said he will come in half an hour but he didn’t. Then he stopped picking my phone. So i raised one more complaint. Then the engineer pick up the call, when i called him from anothe number. He said he will come next day morning. I waited the whole day on 1 July 2019, but he didn’t bother to come or atleast pick up my phone and inform, if he is not able to make it. I took unplaned off from my job, which is big loss.
Next day on 2 July 2019, the engineer come and said, we need to change everything. I dont know why he think so becouse the dish is working fine on this position for more than 3 years.
Now he said it will charge me to do every thing right. I dont know what happen to the charges i paid him previously. The tone of the engineer is also not good as he dont even bother to see whats the situation is and only seeking of money.
I need a reimbursement of all the inconvenience i had faced and my dish issue needs to be resolved.
Please look into this as the matter of urgency..
