Text of Complaint by Pritesh Savla:

I am pritesh savla contact no.8291566602 want to register complaint against Jio fibre as I had applied for the connection on 3 June 2019 and they told me that connection will be done within 3 days.

But after 3 days I called daily in to customer care to ask that when the connection will be done but they daily tell me that we had escalate the issue with concerned team and they will call you ,

this happened every day and I have told that there is not at all any single response from them and several time asked let me talk with the seniors they were also disconnected my call and on 25 June 2019 finally asked them to cancelled my application and refund the money

but still there is no cancellation mail came to me and telling me when the concerned team will investigate and thereafter you will get the refund of rs. 2500 after 30 days.

Till today it’s 2 July 2019 they didn’t even took the matter seriously and made us suffer. So I request you to take appropriate measure against them and make my refund on a immediate basis.
